Australian Domestic Shipping

We use Australian Air Express and Australia Post for all domestic orders This is a trackable system.

Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery from time of placing your order. Orders are not deemed active until payment has been receipted. For Direct Deposit payments of orders, please be aware this will delay the processing of your order.

We can ship to PO Boxes.
We can ship to commercial addresses. Be sure to put a business name in the address.
We can ship to residential addresses. Someone must be available to sign for the order. If no one is home then it is then returned to the closest post office for collection. There is not an option to redeliver.

Once we have packed up your order and it has been picked up by the courier we will then email you a tracking number. The goods usually arrive the next business day. If the goods do not arrive within 3 business days please contact us at enquiries@ayup-lights.com and have your order number ready.
