Australian Domestic Shipping

 
For a limited time we are offering free shipping on orders with 3 kits or more anywhere in the world.

Freight & Insurance

We use Australian Air Express, Toll Priority and Australia Post for all domestic orders This is a trackable system.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from time of order but we usually try and ship the next day.

We can ship to PO Boxes.

We can ship to commercial addresses. Be sure to put a business name in the address.

We can ship to residential addresses, Someone must be available to sign for the order. If no one is home then it is then returned to the closest depot for collection. There is not an option to redeliver.

Once we have processed your order we then email you a tracking number. The goods usually arrive the next business day after we ship. Should you receive your tracking number email from us that we have shipped your order and the goods do not arrive within 2 business days please contact us at query@ayup-lights.com and have your order number ready.
